Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver immersive demos and experiences that inspire and instill confidence in customer audiences.
  • Act as a resource for the Envisioning Specialist Community, providing guidance on customer engagement best practices and the impact of technology and industry trends on customer business priorities.
  • Manage the deployment of new immersive experiences in the Experience Center and collaborate with global shared services teams to ensure seamless operation and performance.
  • Lead documentation and scripting for assigned demos and experiences, creating comprehensive materials for consumption by other Microsoft customer engagement programs.
  • Identify trends, business needs, challenges, and feedback from customer engagements, providing valuable insights to inform the development of new experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years' experience in enterprise sales, marketing, and/or business development, including experience engaging directly with customers and account teams.
  • 3+ years presenting to large audiences and/or internal/external senior executives, or delivering solution and product demos to customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and ability to connect technical concepts with customer value.
  • Ability to craft clear and compelling messages for demo scripts and handle customer questions and concerns.
  • Conversational depth of subject matter expertise in IT, Cloud, and Software business trends.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent deliverables, with outstanding cross-team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • L150 – L200 depth of subject matter expertise in Azure (Data & AI, Apps & Infra), Modern Workplace, and/or Business Applications.
  • L150 – 200 depth of subject matter expertise in 2 or more priority Industries (Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.).
  • Ability to deliver demos virtually over Teams and other remote/hybrid solutions to customers.
