SIMBA Telecom PTE. LTD., a leading mobile telecommunications network service provider in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join their team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of XGS-PON networks, troubleshooting issues, and handling fault escalation. Key duties include leading network testing procedures, assessing network performance, and participating in projects for network service integration and optimization.
Job Description
This role requires strong technical expertise in XGS-PON network engineering, with experience working on Huawei, Nokia, and other network products. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer, a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Key qualifications include proficiency in XGS-PON network engineering, operation, and optimization tasks, as well as experience with network products from leading manufacturers. A bonus certification such as CCNA or equivalent will be highly valued.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
