Job Title: Senior Security Supervisor

Description:
The role of the Senior Security Supervisor is to lead and manage a team of security personnel in ensuring the safety and security of the facility. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a team, enforcing company rules and regulations, and maintaining a high level of situational awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise a team of security personnel on day-to-day security operations
• Enforce company rules and regulations, including the Port Facility Security Plan
• Review and update security procedures and risk assessments as necessary
• Monitor the performance of security personnel and address any disciplinary issues
• Ensure security personnel obtain necessary training, licenses, and certifications
• Plan and coordinate security personnel for internal and external events
• Lead the team responding to incidents and emergencies
• Plan and execute security drills and exercises

Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in any field
• GCE 'O'/'N' Level or equivalent
• Possess valid PLRD License
• WSQ Recognize Terrorist Threats / Handle Counter-Terrorism Activities
• Minimum PLRD SO grade of Senior Security Supervisor
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial capacity in the security operations field

Preferred Qualifications:
• Candidates who possess class 3 driving license and drives a car are preferred
• Candidates who have Port Facility Security Officer or International Ship and Port Facility Security Code Auditor certificate are preferred
