**Job Title:** Senior Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Packing and serving medication, as well as updating medication charts
  • Conducting regular rounds to identify any potential issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with doctors during rounds and treatments
  • Identifying and reporting any changes in resident health or functional status
  • Incident reporting and assessment for recommendation of preventive measures
  • Supervising the care team in the delivery of daily care
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care and completing necessary paperwork
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum Diploma/Degree in Nursing
  • Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board, with at least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
