Job Responsibilities
  • Operate cranes and hoists to ensure safe and efficient transfer of loads to construction sites.
  • Conduct regular equipment and machinery inspections to prevent accidents and ensure optimal performance.
  • Bind loads to cranes and perform basic repairs to machines as needed.
  • Keep and update maintenance and activity logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Follow established safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Must be a registered Mobile Crane Operator with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
  • Must possess a minimum of a Class 5 license.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in operating heavy machinery.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and Public Holidays when required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
