Digital Banking Transformation Manager Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in Data Analytics, Digital Banking and Finance sector to manage complex digital transformation initiatives across the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels for requirements gathering, status communication, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and manage internal and external resources to meet project goals.
  • Lead business and data analysis for functional system integrations and reporting solutions.
  • Implement data analytics and enterprise performance reporting across Finance, Tax, and Risk.
  • Oversee development and delivery of BI dashboards and data warehouse solutions for operational insights.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives in line with enterprise transformation goals.
  • Lead and deliver full lifecycle project management of digital banking transformation initiatives including Mobile and Personal Online Banking platforms.
  • Drive retail banking fintech implementations and finance-related transformations across ledger, reconciliations, budgeting, tax, and risk domains.
  • Manage project scope, cost, schedules, risks, changes, and quality to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Project & Transformation Management: Strong experience in managing complex digital transformation initiatives across the banking domain, particularly in Retail and Mobile Banking.
  • Digital Banking Transformation (Mobile and Online Banking), Retail Banking and Fintech implementations, Finance, Tax, and Risk Process Transformation.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and resource management capabilities.
