KIAN HIAP CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Architectural Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor all architecture trade activities
  • Submit sample/shop drawings/catalogues and technical documents for consultant approval and track all approvals, feedback, and comments
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (Structure and M&E) for technical issues found in construction drawings
  • Check all drawings and prepare RFI for discrepancies
  • Coordinate and submit materials to consultants for approval
  • Work with the VDC/BIM team to resolve architecture setting out issues
  • Prepare work method statements for submission
  • Coordinate with subcontractors for trade demonstrations before work begins
  • Ensure proper inspection records by RTO
  • Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revisions
  • Manage quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS scores
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of local working experience in architectural coordination
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of BIM software like Revit
  • Able to lead and work independently
