Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage internal projects within the organization. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to achieve successful project delivery.

This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of security systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

In addition to project management skills, this role also demands expertise in security systems, including access control and CCTV platforms. The candidate should have a solid understanding of industry standards and be able to provide technical solutions to resolve security system issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate tools assigned.
    • Report and escalate issues to the relevant authority as needed.
    • Manage the relationship with clients, vendors and all stakeholders
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Good working knowledge of Security Systems (Access Control and CCTV platforms).
  • Team player and self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Security System maintenance and project delivery.
  • Good general IT knowledge.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in the Security Industry or Minimum of 5 years working experience with a EE/IT Bachelor degree.
  • Certification in ACS and CCTV platform is needed
  • MNC clients Experience is needed
  • Fluent English Speaking and writing skills
  • MNC Security Design knowledge
