CLA GLOBAL TS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency and Restructuring Senior/Assistant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage insolvency and restructuring engagements, including liquidation, receivership, judicial management, and scheme of arrangement.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, creditors, and debtors, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct financial analysis and develop turnaround strategies for clients in financial distress.
  • Participate in business development and client relationship management activities.
  • Review and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the Director in practice development matters and activities.
  • Coach and develop junior members within the team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience in insolvency and restructuring, with at least 2-3 years of experience for the Senior position and more than 3 years for the Assistant Manager position.
  • Strong business acumen, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
