We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Alexandra Health Pte. Ltd. as a Mental Health Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering psychological services in our hospital and campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery
    • Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy for inpatients and outpatients, including cognitive behaviour therapy, supportive therapy, relaxation therapy, and stress management.
    • Conduct psychometric assessments, such as IQ, neuropsychological, and dementia evaluations.
    • Attend to complex inpatients or outpatients, as well as medico-legal and forensic cases.
    • Handle direct referrals from other medical professionals, police, and the courts.
  • Program Development
    • Assist in developing the hospital's peer support program for staff and/or corporate clients.
    • Deliver talks and workshops on stress management and mental health.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Lead and provide supervision to Masters in Clinical Psychology students and junior psychologists.
  • Research and Education
    • Conduct or be involved in research independently or in collaboration with other specialists.
    • Conduct teaching and training in psychology or related subjects to mental health professionals and/or psychology students.
  • General Duties
    • Involvement in support groups, such as weight management support groups, and/or provide input for relevant hospital programs.
    • Undertake any special duties as assigned by the CEO, CMB, COO, HOD, and supervisor.
    Requirements
    • Masters in Clinical Psychology with at least 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
    • Preferably holding or eligible for a valid registration, license, or practicing certificate with an established or recognized psychological professional body, such as APA, APS, or BPS.
