">Job DescriptionTo achieve desired outcomes and strengthen relationships with donors, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Growing fundraising efforts through donor engagement, corporate partnerships, events, and campaigns;
- Initiating meaningful touchpoints with strategic partners and generating leads for collaboration;
- Understanding the organization's core programs and services to provide timely and accurate reports of impact measurement and outcomes to donors and partners;
The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and high emotional intelligence. They must also be highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe following are essential qualifications for this role:
- Minimally a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of proven experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or donor relations, preferably in the non-profit sector;
Candidates should possess strong conversational and networking skills, as well as self-initiative and resilience. Emotional intelligence and adaptability are crucial to building relationships across different categories of stakeholders.
