">This role focuses on driving ad product growth through local product strategy, go-to-market plans, and market insights to global teams.
">The team collaborates with Product, Sales, Data Science, Business Marketing, and other teams in an agile and curious environment, welcoming problem-solvers and strategic thinkers. This role requires a full-time commitment based in Singapore.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the go-to-market strategy for TikTok Lead Ads solutions, ensuring flawless operational execution.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery of business/product initiatives, particularly with Product and Partnerships teams.">
- Partner with downstream teams to understand user pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions.">
- Act as a product advocate, aligning adjacent product teams with shared goals.">
- Formulate and execute product tests with clear methodologies and exit goals.">
- Effectively communicate new products' value proposition to stakeholders and manage cross-functional work streams.">
- Craft and deliver effective collateral and packages to the market.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree or above.">
- 3+ years of product marketing or product management experience with digital ad products or 5+ years in digital advertising/business messaging.">
- Comfortable with quantitative & qualitative research and A/B testing.">
- Ability to build compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging.">
- Fast learner with original thinking and good judgment.">
- Commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research.">
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.">
