Circuit Board Tester



Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Circuit Board Tester to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test procedures, tester hardware, and software for electronic circuit board production.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience/training
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with In-Circuit Tester (ICT) and Flying Probe Tester (AXI)
  • Experience fine-tuning test programs to resolve No Defect Found (NDF) issues and improve First Pass Yield (FPY)
  • Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair testing machines during downtime
