Temp Patient Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Temp Patient Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing bed and surgical booking enquiries while upholding high standards of service quality.
Your primary objective will be to communicate hospital and departmental updates clearly to patients and staff, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations.
Manage bed and surgical booking enquiries in accordance with established appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines
Adhere to strict protocols for updating patients and staff on hospital and departmental information
Develop effective communication strategies to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of GCE N/O/A Level or Diploma in any field
- Proven customer service experience preferred
- Ability to commence work immediately / short notice
