  • Provide daily operational support to customers, addressing their enquiries, needs, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning services, as well as ACMV systems and chillers.
  • Work at Grade A Commercial Buildings, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical or related field.
  • Candidates with 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
  • No experience is welcome to apply, with on-the-job training provided.
  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal, and customer-centric skills.
  • Shift work required (3 shifts).
  • Work Location: CBD.
