Job Title:
Financial Support Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Support Associate.

This role will involve providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day accounting and financial activities.


The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.

They will also demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing a range of accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage the general ledger and perform reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
