Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist

The role of a Senior Clinical Nurse in Research is to provide and coordinate nursing care to patients who participate in research studies. This involves ensuring the safety and well-being of study subjects and guaranteeing that all clinical trial data are reliable.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide and Coordinate Nursing Care: Offer high-quality nursing care to patients participating in research studies, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Enforce Standards of Care and Professional Codes of Conduct: Uphold the highest standards of care and adhere to professional codes of conduct at all times.
- Ensure Reliability of Clinical Trial Data: Verify that all clinical trial data are accurate, complete, and reliable.
- Recognise Emergency Situations and Assist in Treatment Procedures: Swiftly identify potential emergencies and assist in treatment procedures as needed.
- Prepare Research Metrics and Reports for Submission: Develop and submit research metrics and reports as required.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Registered Nursing Qualification and Registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB): Hold a valid registered nursing qualification and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- At Least 5 Years' Clinical Nursing Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical nursing.
