Job Description

We are a quality-focused educational institution dedicated to enlightening children's nature through 'Happy Education'.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive part-time abacus teacher who can conduct enrichment lessons for preschoolers, monitor their progress, and provide feedback to parents.

The ideal candidate should have excellent classroom management skills, be able to interact effectively with young children, and possess the ability to speak, read and write English and Chinese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging abacus enrichment lessons to preschoolers
  • Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback to parents
  • Maintain excellent classroom management and organization
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in preschools or similar settings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possession of a strong passion for teaching and working with children
  • Flexibility to work varying hours at different locations in Singapore

Working Conditions:

  • Varying locations in Singapore
  • Part-time, contract or freelance position
  • $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
  • Immediate till Dec 2025 (Extension available)
