About the Role

The Senior Enterprise Architect will be responsible for leading the evolution of the Enterprise Architecture function, ensuring the provision of enterprise business application, process, and technical expertise through the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Enterprise Architecture strategy, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enterprise-wide solutions, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Enterprise Architecture team, ensuring the efficient operation of the function.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's technology roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business value and improve the company's competitive position.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business operations, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's technology infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring that they have the necessary technical expertise to effectively engage with clients.

Requirements:

  • Substantial technical leadership experience in an enterprise environment, managing people, processes, and budgets to achieve corporate and divisional objectives.
  • Substantial experience with and understanding of the deliverables and value proposition of Enterprise Architecture.
  • Substantial client engagement and consulting experience, coupled with substantial experience in change management and the ability to recognize opportunities for future business.
  • Substantial experience in integrating the solution for the project with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
  • Substantial strategic, business development, and pre-sales experience.
  • Substantial experience of IT industry environment and business needs, combined with substantial experience in business processes, applications, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Substantial experience as a people and resource leader.
  • Substantial experience in coordinating the design and implementation of new delivery models in a significant globally federated delivery organization.
