We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating original artwork and developing designs from concept to production-ready files that meet manufacturing and supplier requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to maintain effective correspondence with internal teams, suppliers, and external business contacts to ensure artwork meets technical and production standards.
This position requires a customer-centric approach to engage with end users to understand their needs and deliver high-quality design solutions. The designer will work directly with the sales team to develop tailored solutions by conducting meetings and presentations with designers, architects, and end users.
The Senior Graphic Designer will independently manage the design process from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines and key deliverables are met while balancing multiple projects. This includes conducting market research on emerging color and design trends in fashion, furnishings, surfaces, and technology, applying insights to enhance design development.
The successful candidate should have a Diploma / Degree in design or experience in the related field, as well as familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate).
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
