Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Strategist to join our team at Yong Mao Machinery PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve regional goals, leveraging market trends and customer insights.
  • Oversee the development of the regional budget, monitoring financial performance and optimizing cost efficiency across all locations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing service issues promptly and delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards, mitigating risk and maintaining a positive reputation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a regional role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and P&L management, as well as the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects effectively.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
