Job Role: Dental Services Coordinator

Job Description

This role is a vital part of our dental team, responsible for handling high-volume patient inquiries and scheduling appointments. The successful candidate will be able to provide clear information about dental procedures and clinic services to patients, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their choices.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Customer Service Department to ensure seamless communication and coordination. They will also be required to follow up with patients to confirm bookings and reduce no-shows.

In addition to these responsibilities, the role involves identifying patient needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.

The Dental Services Coordinator will also assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations, as well as support ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a clinical setting
  • Min Nitec qualification
  • Ability to work 5.5 days a week
  • Proficient in computer skills
