Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our core founding team. As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and ensuring smooth operations in our dynamic and fresh environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and perform telephone screening.
  • Take and promptly pass on telephone messages to the operations team to plan the pickup of pets.
  • Handle administrative matters such as purchasing daily supplies, managing packages, and overseeing deliveries.
  • Arrange couriers and prepare proforma invoices and related documents.
  • Assist with internal communication issues.
  • Handle administrative and clerical work.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Department.
  • Coordinate daily operational activities.
  • Monitor jobs closely and provide necessary updates to clients.
  • Respond to customer feedback and inquiries, offering excellent client support while maintaining strong client relationships.
