Regional Client Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regionally led concepts for in-store activations and client experiences that consistently deliver high-quality execution and monitoring.
Project Management and Event Planning
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics and technical plans for client events, including venue arrangements, site applications, and operations duties.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
- Identify, evaluate, and supervise contractors and service suppliers to ensure the delivery of services in accordance with their scope, roles, and responsibilities.
Client Gifting and Partnership Management
- Develop and implement a client gifting program within South Asia Pacific, sourcing and producing localized VIP gifts that meet the company's standards.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive partnership initiatives and promote the company's brand.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in event management, client experience, and luxury marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree qualification in a relevant field, such as marketing, hospitality, or business administration.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
