Job Summary

1FSS PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to join our team as a Financial Systems Manager, Fixed Assets and Accounts Receivable. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to e-forms and workflow systems, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Manage Fixed Assets and Accounts Receivable projects to meet project timelines.
    • Liaise with stakeholders to collate and consolidate e-forms approving matrix, routing, and system requirements.
  • System Development
    • Draft system specification documentation for new e-forms development.
    • Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collect participating users' UAT results, and collect data for system tables setup for UAT and production system.
  • Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitor and ensure all UAT issues are resolved promptly by the system developer/vendor to meet project timelines.
    • Monitor project activities and data submission for compliance with institution operations requirements.
  • Training and Support
    • Conduct system demos/end-user trainings as required.
    • Handle enquiries from users on matters relating to e-forms and workflow systems.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Generate reports for dashboard and data analytics purposes.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Finance sector, with basic knowledge of Accounting.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Possess strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Experience in Decision software/SAP is preferred.
    • High integrity, meticulous, and proactive.
    • Independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines during project implementation phases.
    • Proficient in articulation and presentation skills.
    • Customer service-oriented with good service attributes and team spirit to achieve win-win outcomes.
