We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Chinese Language Educator to join our team. As part of our dynamic startup, you will have the opportunity to shape our students' learning journey and make a real impact on their educational experiences.

Your Role:
You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive lessons that spark curiosity and enthusiasm for the Chinese language. Your role will involve:
• Innovative Teaching: Design and develop creative lesson plans that bring the Chinese language and culture to life
• Curriculum Planning: Develop a vibrant curriculum that captures the essence of the Chinese language and culture, tailored to the needs and interests of primary school students
• Active Learning: Prepare and deliver lessons that involve students in hands-on activities, games, and interactive discussions
• Goal Setting: Clearly communicate learning objectives, helping students understand the 'why' behind each lesson and motivating them to achieve their best
• Growth Mindset: Participate in workshops, seminars, and team brainstorming sessions to keep our teaching methods fresh and forward-thinking

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an individual with a passion for education and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
• Education: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field
• Syllabus Savvy: Familiarity with the Singapore Preschool and MOE syllabus, with the ability to seamlessly integrate it into your lessons
• Experience: Previous teaching experience is a bonus, but your enthusiasm and creative energy are what truly matter
• Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate our students' schedules and adapt to a startup environment
