Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting food at a designated station, assisting in menu development, maintaining quality control, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

  • Prepare and cook food at a high standard, ensuring presentation is appealing and appetizing.
  • Assist in developing new recipes and menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and catering to diverse tastes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular checks on food storage and handling.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are met, adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic, and motivating the kitchen team to achieve excellence.
Requirements:

We seek an experienced Culinary Expert with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be a team player, willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A background in fine dining and previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment is highly desirable.
