About Your Role

As a key member of our sourcing team, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development of sustainable products that align with our brand's vision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.

You will support your manager in overseeing product development, working closely with the brand development teams and sourcing headquarters in Singapore. The goal is to execute a multi-year sourcing strategy that drives brand growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Evaluating and improving the adherence to brand development calendars, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions.
  • Working with vendors to deliver high-quality samples and meet technical design requirements.
  • Collaborating with managers to understand brand product development strategies and executing operational activities independently.
  • Effectively implementing work plans, monitoring progress, and prioritizing actions with internal and external counterparts.
  • Analyzing data and providing summaries to evaluate vendor performance.
  • Maintaining open communication with internal stakeholders across Production, Global Material Supply, Logistics, and Quality teams to achieve brand objectives.

We're seeking an individual with proven experience in apparel development, preferably with expertise in knitted and woven products. A passion for product innovation, coupled with strong learning agility and adaptability, is essential for success in this role.
