We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Representative to fill the key position of a Front Desk Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide welcoming services to clients upon arrival and confirm appointments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle client bookings, check-ins, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about spa services, maintaining a high level of knowledge about our offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a pleasant environment for clients and staff alike.
  • Assist in managing client records and appointment schedules, as well as coordinate therapists' schedules and support daily spa operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Proficient in using office software and booking systems
  • Language skills (English, Mandarin) are a plus
  • Professional appearance and friendly, courteous attitude
