About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Media Services Project Coordinator. If you have experience in broadcast operations, project management, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.

You will be responsible for:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Broadcast Operating System (BOS).
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and issuing requested reports from BOS.
  • Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of schedule changes and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
  • Collaborating with production partners to confirm airing details and process billing approvals.
