Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Cleaning Crew Member to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under minimal supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized to the highest standards, while also maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Clean and wipe down surfaces, including floors and walls to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
• Dry and store clean items, ensuring they are ready for use at all times
• Perform quality checks on cleaned items to ensure they meet our high standards
• Assist with carrying and arranging boxes, as needed to maintain a smooth workflow
• Help maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

Requirements:
• Ability to commit to shift work, including nights and days to meet business demands
• Team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and efficiently
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
