Senior Creative Director

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Creative Director to lead our creative team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, strong design skills (Adobe, Figma), and a sharp eye for quality and brand alignment.
The Senior Creative Director will oversee the creative process from concept to delivery, maintaining brand consistency and elevated design standards. This role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams, participating in and sometimes leading client-facing discussions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
- Organize workflows, delegate tasks, and track project progress for efficient execution.
- Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders through written, verbal, and visual channels.
- Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related software.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of designers.
- Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, and visual).
- Background in marketing or advertising, preferably within a creative agency.
- Motivated, solution-oriented leadership mindset.
