Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a key player in the development and execution of semiconductor facilities. This role will involve working closely with clients and contractors to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare construction material estimation forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and contractors to discuss project progress, specifications, and any issues that may arise.
  • Verify UHP gas piping construction materials and drawings to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare daily supervision reports and consolidate acceptance reports, providing a clear overview of project status.
  • Perform quality control testing on UHP gas piping systems using specialized tools and analysis instruments, adhering to established protocols.
  • Execute professional QC testing procedures, making informed judgments based on site conditions and guidelines.
  • Record gas piping QC test results and prepare comprehensive testing reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors, prioritizing projects and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems efficiently.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Construction: Knowledge of construction principles, methods, and best practices.
  • Solidworks: Experienced in using Solidworks software for design and engineering purposes.
  • Electrical: Understanding of electrical systems and principles.
  • 3D: Familiarity with 3D modeling and design techniques.
  • Fabrication: Knowledge of fabrication processes and techniques.
  • Piping: Experience with piping systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Facility management: Ability to manage and maintain facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Semiconductors: Knowledge of semiconductor technology, including manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Construction Drawings: Skilled in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
  • Excel: Proficient in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • AutoCAD: Experienced in using AutoCAD software for drafting and design purposes.
  • Assembly: Knowledge of assembly processes and techniques.
  • Manufacturing: Understanding of manufacturing principles and practices.
  • CAD: Familiarity with CAD software and technologies.
  • Commissioning: Experienced in commissioning processes and procedures.
  • Mechanical Engineering: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
