Post Production Mastery Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Post Production Specialist to lead our regional expansion plans, particularly in the Chinese market.

  • This role is critical to driving growth in a fast-paced industry, where you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that make a difference.

You will be responsible for handling offline/online editing, motion graphics, and visual effects, executing color grading and visual finishing, creating and animating in 2D/3D environments, and leading creative decisions across post-production workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Animation, or related fields, with 3-4 years of full-time, professional experience in post-production. Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required, along with strong creative instincts and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offline/online editing, motion graphics, and visual effects
  • Color grading and visual finishing
  • Creating and animating in 2D/3D environments
  • Leading creative decisions across post-production workflows
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Pipeline improvements and creative standards
  • Mentoring and supervising junior editors when needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Animation, or related fields
  • 3-4 years of full-time, professional experience in post-production
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Blender and/or Autodesk software (Maya, 3ds Max, or similar)
  • Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
