We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Alchemist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to the success of our business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory qualifications include a diploma or equivalent level of education and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry.
  • Additional requirements include sales drive, proactive attitude, team player with positive mindset and pleasant disposition, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and well-organized with accuracy at all levels of details.
