Job Title: Feline Care Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee overall food and beverage operations, including inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for customers and employees alike.
  • Assist in the care and well-being of cafe cats, including feeding, grooming, and cleaning.
  • Provide excellent customer service and orientation to ensure a positive experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, as well as handle cash transactions.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
Requirements:
  • Be comfortable around cats and able to recognize their behavior and handling practices.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, responsibility, and effective communication skills.
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
  • Work well in a team environment and be comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Be willing to learn and develop new skills to enhance job performance.
  • Ability to work six days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in veterinary clinics, animal shelters, or related fields is an asset.
  • Food safety certification or barista/coffee skills are a bonus.
