Green Mark Certification Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Manager to lead our team in achieving sustainability targets and ensuring compliance with Green Mark criteria. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Green Mark certification processes, sustainability management practices, and project documentation.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation management.
- Lead and manage the full Green Mark certification process, including Platinum and Super Low Energy certifications.
- Liaise with consultants to ensure timely submission and assessment of documentation.
- Coordinate with design, M&E, and construction teams to ensure compliance with sustainability targets.
- Integrate sustainable design and construction practices into all project phases.
- Monitor energy modeling, daylighting analysis, thermal comfort, and other sustainability simulations.
- Ensure all materials, equipment, and construction methods align with Green Mark criteria (energy efficiency, water conservation, IAQ).
- Prepare and maintain Green Mark documentation, including pre-assessment reports, checklists, and final submission packages.
- Track project sustainability progress and submit periodic reports to management and relevant authorities.
- Conduct workshops and training for project teams on Green Mark requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve sustainability objectives.
