  • Finance and Procurement Support:

Support the preparation and submission of financial documents in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Facilities and Operations Coordination:

Maintain vendor and maintenance contact lists, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.

  • Staff Onboarding and Training Records:

Coordinate onboarding logistics, manage training registration, and maintain staff training records.

  • Client Support and Safety Response:

Monitor client safety systems, facilitate routine communication with clients, and respond to client concerns.

  • Health Engagement and Community Support:

Provide logistical support for health initiatives, distribute health information, and engage with senior populations.

  • Reception and Frontline Duties:

Deliver counter support, direct inquiries, and assist with centre-based operations.

  • Other Duties:

Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by supervisors to support departmental objectives.
