Architectural Design Director Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Architectural Design Director to lead and manage the design process for a portfolio of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and the design team to develop and present innovative design concepts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

This role involves overseeing the production of detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, ensuring that projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

The successful candidate will provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional development. They will also collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless integration of the design process with overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design process for architectural projects
  • Develop and present innovative design concepts
  • Oversee the production of detailed design drawings and technical documentation
  • Ensure projects adhere to relevant building codes and regulations
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design management
