Inventory Management Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records within our inventory management system.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners to enhance inventory processes. This includes ensuring timely and precise processing of delivery orders and stock transfers to outlets, conducting regular inventory counts and reconciling any discrepancies, and managing price tagging, including costing and stock-in procedures.

You will also provide administrative support to ensure efficient inventory operations and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential, as well as effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
