Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Intellect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering neuropsychological assessments for youths, adolescents, and adults.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
- Provide Therapy Sessions: Offer individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually.
- Conduct Neuropsychological Assessments: Administer assessments for ADHD, learning needs, dyslexia, and other related conditions.
- Collaborate with the Team: Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
- Crisis Interventions: Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations, and provide crisis interventions.
- Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Professional Development: Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology: A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology is required.
- Post-Graduate Experience: At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Expertise in Facilitation: Expertise in individual and group facilitation is essential.
- Online Seminar Experience: Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content.
- Crisis Management: Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crisis situations.
- Assessment Experience: Experience in administering psychological assessments is required.
- Registration: Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist is necessary.
- Onsite Support: Must be able to provide onsite support for our clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Empathy and Compassion: An empathetic and compassionate approach to client care is required.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team are necessary.
- Evidence-Based Practice: A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development is essential.
- Adaptability: Adaptability and flexibility in working with diverse client populations and presenting issues are required.
- Organization: A high level of organization and time management skills is necessary.
