We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve faults, and identify technical issues through inspections and tests.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system faults using various tools and equipment.
- Implement repair plans and ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source spare parts and materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
- Possession of Diploma or relevant qualification in Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance, including bagging/packaging/conveyor systems.
- Knowledge of AC drives, electrical motors, pneumatic cylinders, and roller/chain conveyors.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy industry sector.
- Experience in Bagging line operations is highly desirable.
