Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to design and implement operations, reviewing and providing subject matter advisory on cybersecurity solutions, conducting assessments and compliance checks to ensure clients' cybersecurity standards are met.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Portfolio, Operations, and Digital Sales leads to develop and deliver cybersecurity professional services aligned with our Buildings strategy. You'll advise business and technical colleagues on Cybersecurity topics, lead Cybersecurity workstreams, drive vulnerability assessment, and implement controls for smart building applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on secure design processes and system architectures, increasing awareness of security threats among business and technical colleagues.Lead Cybersecurity workstreams for technical/business projects to ensure secure services and business processes from inception.Assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities, mitigate findings, and implement controls for smart building applications and underlying IT infrastructure.Nurture relationships with other Cybersecurity units, service providers, and build your network within the Cybersecurity partner ecosystem.Work closely with the Product and Solution Security Officer to continuously improve Cybersecurity practices.Accompany and guide sales, presales, operations, business managers in client discussions.Contribute to Risk Management processes, providing senior management with clear insights into relevant Cybersecurity risks.Align Information Security goals, objectives, and needs with the business environment to ensure holistic protection of critical assets.Detect deviations from protection requirements and support the identification and implementation of compensating measures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Business Information Technology.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in similar roles, showcasing your expertise in Cybersecurity.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CEH to demonstrate your topic matter expertise.
  • Strong IT know-how to articulate cybersecurity adoption and impact.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, fostering positive working relationships.
  • Experience in designing and implementing pragmatic protection measures in Cloud (AWS, Azure) and SaaS environments.
  • Solid knowledge of current threats to IT applications/services and infrastructures, along with state-of-the-art protection measures.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
  • Able to work in ambiguity and drive towards specific value-based outcomes.
  • Experienced in large, global matrix organizations, with the ability to collaborate effectively virtually.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with any additional native language skills a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
