We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at ASCOTT INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT PTE LTD. As a key member of our engineering operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties' mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of procedures for services such as maintenance of property operations, mechanical and electrical operations.
  • Manage the work of maintenance employees and vendors/contractors, inspect maintenance work and troubleshoot.
  • Coordinate, install and inspect repairs and maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems in all related locations.
  • Coordinate renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.
  • Ensure that the preventive maintenance program is implemented and carried out routinely.
  • Respond and resolve technical breakdowns within assigned shifts.
  • Contribute to effective inventory control systems.
  • Perform related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Attained at least a NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Aircon Maintenance, or an equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance related technical skills.
  • Knowledge of machinery maintenance.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • Passion for coaching and guiding.
  • Willingness to perform rotating shifts.
