Job Title: Manufacturing Laboratory Technologist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Ownership: Ensure product integrity through rigorous process control and technical problem solving.
  • Analyze technical problems, apply sound engineering judgment, and document decisions with clarity and precision.
  • Interpret design and engineering requirements to ensure shop floor processes remain compliant with national and international standards.
  • Develop and maintain shop floor instructions and participate in audit procedures (e.g., NADCAP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and local experts to align technical requirements across the manufacturing process.
  • Manage and communicate progress of technical activities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement new or improved manufacturing processes and technologies to meet current and future business needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Cleanroom operations experience is preferred or willingness to work in such environments is required.
  • Familiarity with special processes such as heat treatment, diffusion bonding, and materials evaluation.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge: International quality standards and audit practices (e.g., NADCAP, ISO).
