We are seeking an experienced Senior Payments Product Manager to lead the delivery of our payments product platform in APAC. This is a senior role that requires strong technical and business skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of payment systems and technologies, as well as experience in product management and team leadership. They will be responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Job Description:

This position is within the APAC Payment Rail Product delivery team, which is part of Global Payment Rail. The team is responsible for end-to-end product platform delivery for Asia Pacific markets. You will have exposure to payment capabilities and product delivery life cycle, together with other value-added solutions that support clients in their overall cash management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the product roadmap for payments products in APAC, aligning with business goals and market demands.
  • Work closely with product, operations, engineering, and functional partners to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product development process.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in payments or transaction banking.
  • Strong technical knowledge of payment systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to build high-quality product requirements for delivery execution.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with attention to detail.
