Senior Wealth Advisor

A senior wealth advisor is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized investment advice and portfolio recommendations to meet their financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a wealth management or sales role, with a proven track record of client acquisition and growth through consultative advisory. They will be highly skilled in interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust among sophisticated investors.

The role requires a strong understanding of market trends, portfolio strategy developments, and regulatory changes. The senior wealth advisor will work closely with the investment, product, and marketing teams to refine targeting, campaigns, and onboarding journeys.

  • Build and grow a personal pipeline of affluent and accredited clients through referrals, partnerships, and business development activities.
  • Drive new client acquisition and AUM growth by delivering investment proposition clearly and credibly.
  • Deliver curated investment advice and portfolio recommendations using a mix of model portfolios, thematic strategies, and customized solutions.
  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for all advisory and investment-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a wealth management, sales, or investment advisory role covering affluent and/or HNW clients.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and growing wallet share through consultative advisory.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust among sophisticated investors.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
