We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver professional spa massages (body or foot) consistently in line with spa standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Ensure spa facilities, treatment rooms, and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Prepare treatment products and supplies including restocking towels and other essentials as needed.
- Address client inquiries and concerns courteously and efficiently.
- Follow directions and guidelines provided by the Spa Manager.
- Excellent foot massage techniques
- Knowledge of hair care and styling
- Basic water safety and handling skills
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Treatment planning and execution skills
