Job Requirements:

PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd requires a highly skilled SAP Finance Specialist to drive technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will work closely with the business Finance team, offsite extended Finance support, cross-business functions, and IT/Digital/SAP team to transform existing ERP to the new SAP landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the effort with Business and remote Finance teams to deliver high-level service performance for Invoice to Cash, Buy to Pay, and Intercompany processes.
  • Support closing activities and escalate/resolve issues to relevant support functions on a timely manner.
  • Lead cash flow forecasting and reporting process for key cash drivers (i.e. accounts payables and accounts receivables).
  • Support controllership synergy and lead process simplification and alignment initiatives.
  • Actively engage with business Finance team, offsite extended Finance support, cross-business functions, and IT/Digital/SAP team to enable change management and adoption of SAP processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SAP Finance modules.
  • Good working knowledge and experience in business accounting and Finance.
  • Knowledge and application of IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Ability to partner with diversified team to deliver business expectations.
  • Experience in SAP project implementation.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes and participates proactively on project discussion and problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of managing relationships within complex matrix environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English main language).
