Job Description

As a Telecom Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for identifying business demands and aligning priorities to meet overall objectives. Your tasks will involve planning and implementing actions, communicating with stakeholders, and sharing knowledge and innovation.

  • Design telecommunication systems, including radio communication systems, security systems, navigation aids, and wired communication systems.
  • Prepare drawings and specifications for equipment procurement.
  • Develop detailed system designs with diagrams and schematics.
  • Select telecom equipment and develop bulk material listings.
  • Provide input for reports and assist in the implementation of projects.
Main Responsibilities
  • Participate in all engineering phases: feasibility, concept, detail, and testing.
  • Understand and interpret customer requirements and clarify design certification.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT.
  • Experience in relevant industries such as oil & gas, marine, shipyard, petrochemical, or power plant.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team of telecom engineers and junior telecom engineers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken English).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
